Yesterday I got busy with 8 "easy" miles. Why the air quotes? It was hard. It was a beautiful day so ran from school to a golf course thinking how nice that would be. I was at mile 4 by the time I got there (I took the long way) and I ran on the hilly golf course! Plus easy means slow so you are out there running longer.
I'm trying to fit a run in today, but it might not happen. On my plate: in-laws come tonight, school tomorrow, AC turns two on Saturday, and oh yeah, I'm the race director for a new 5K and we have almost 700 people signed up!! So I've been running around like a crazy this week and tomorrow I have to go buy all the necessary supplies to make the morning awesome.
